Event: Foundry Global Sales Meeting

Destination: Miami, FL  – USA

Challenge: Any organization working to develop the invaluable “personal relationship” across its workforce is challenged with keeping employees onsite in the evening hours and engaged with the greater group. This event had the added layer of performing a special program to employees’ spouses/partners who were warmly welcomed to attend .

Solution: At this event Pyrotek chose well by booking the event at the legendary Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Miami. The second solution was its ingeniously themed, “Smelter Shelter,” — elegantly decorated with a mix of industrial and classic furnishings in the company’s corporate colours red, white, silver – with the colour silver being worked uniquely into the environment. The suite offered a “Foundry Fizz” cocktail, service cups made of from aluminun, and a host of activities – ping pong, pool, karaoke – but also provided quiet spaces in the balcony area set off from the main floor, but still in the same room – allowing couples to connect with each other, and stay engaged with the event.
