When do you work with clients onsite vs. remote?
Working remotely is, by nature, what we do. We work with you based on the unique needs of your project. Should you wish to meet on premises, we’ll be there. If working on location is required, we’ll be there.

Pricing
We work with three “financial buckets:”
SERVICES:
“Services” include tasks and projects based on an estimated scope of work. We provide cost estimates upon request.
EXPENSES:
BlaueXperiential undertakes only client approved travel. We submit receipts to the client for reimbursement and apply no markup nor do we apply a “processing fee.”
SUPPLIERS COSTS:
BlaueXperiential works work with suppliers to manage the planning, production, execution. Approved invoices are charged directly to you, the client.
Preismodell
Unsere Leistungen gliedern sich in drei Kategorien:
SERVICES:
Abrechnung stundenbasiert oder pauschal – je nach Projektumfang. Auf Anfrage erstellen wir Ihnen gern eine Projektkostenschätzung.
AUSLAGEN:
Reisespesen wie Flug, Unterkunft oder Verpflegung werden zum Originalpreis erstattet – ohne Aufschlag oder Bearbeitungsgebühr.
LIEFERANTENKOSTEN:
Wir koordinieren Lieferanten wie Caterer, DMCs, Messebauer, General Contractors oder Venues. Leistungen werden direkt an den Kunden abgerechnet.
